Account Deletion

Delete your Health AI account

You can request deletion of your Health AI account and associated data directly from the app.

  1. Open the Health AI app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to your profile or settings screen.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently remove your account.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to sign in, you may request assistance by contacting us at marketing@nanosingaporeshop.com. Please include the email address linked to your Health AI account.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile and sign-in related account data stored by Health AI.
  • Your nutrition logs, meal records, and activity history stored in Health AI.
  • Your weight, steps, and workout logs stored in Health AI.
  • Your app preferences and other account-associated data stored in Health AI.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal obligations, security, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

Any retained information is kept only for the minimum period reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Partial data deletion

Health AI currently supports full account deletion. If you want your data removed, please use the account deletion process described on this page.
